If, in the unlikely event that you feel you need to return or exchange one of our items, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days of your order having been processed.

To accept the return or exchange, the product needs to be unopened and in a resalable condition. If the 14 days have elapsed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Certain products including custom built items or those (for example drip tips and tanks) are not applicable to be returned due to Health and hygiene reasons.
All our E-liquids are non-refundable but an offer for an exchange maybe accepted if the item is damaged/faulty on arrival or the wrong item was sent by us.
If the product is faulty due to a manufacturing malfunction, then please contact us as soon as possible and within 28 days of the date of purchase. If the 28 days have elapsed then we will be unable to process the refund and customers should contact the manufacturer direct.
If after speaking with us and you still need to return the item, then if all the above conditions are met, you will be requested to return the item to us at your own cost and we recommend you use a trackable service, as we are unable to offer any compensation or accept any liability for the loss or damage.
On receipt of your item, we will ask our technician to fully check the item to verify the reason for return, on this being verified we will process a return and confirm this via email. The return will be credited back to the payment method used to purchase the item, unless you request a credit note which could be used on our website for a future purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item then you have three options 1) Return the original item and on receipt, we will then send out a replacement, 2) You can order and pay for a different item and on receipt of the exchange we will process a refund, 3) If you request a credit note this could be used on our website for a future purchase.
On all exchange items that are at your request, due to a wrong order or change of mind, then you will be required to cover the return shipping costs and again we recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to offer any compensation or accept any liability for the loss or damage, if your exchange is due to our error then we will cover the tracked shipping costs.
All sale, reduced or special promotional items are non – refundable and therefore we are unable to offer any return or refund.
